How to apply
Applications are now open for the first School, 24–29 June 2014 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. In order to be eligible you must be a PhD/DPhil student or an early career scientist. To apply for a place please submit the following to scni@ndcn.ox.ac.uk:
- A covering letter, including confirmation that, if offered a place, you will be able to attend.
- A research abstract of your current work, no more than one page of A4 in Arial font, size 11 (approx. 300 words), to include one table or figure if applicable. If accepted this will form the basis of your poster presentation at the School.
- A short CV including research interests.
Costs
The registration fee of £150 covers the costs of lunches and socials but unfortunately cannot cover accommodation costs. A list of accommodation in Oxford will be circulated to all attendees. A small number of travel bursaries will be available. Please state in your covering letter if you would like to be considered for this.
