Neha joined OxERG in 2013 as a second year at SUNY Stony Brook in New York.Her research explores the psychosocial dimension of epilepsy through patient-spouse surveys. As a result of this research, Neha started The Humanology Project, a nonprofit organization which works to reduce stigma of neurological and mental illnesses. In 2014, Neha was awarded the Gates Scholarship to complete a masters degree at the University of Cambridge and went on to be the youngest person on the Forbes Top 30 under 30 in Healthcare. Her work examining the impact of epilepsy in marriage is now expanding to India and Africa.
