Laurissa Havins

Postdoctoral Researcher

Postdoctoral researcher for the Oxford Autoimmune Neurology Group, working on the discovery of novel autoantigens in patients with psychosis. Current project is based around the use of primary rat hippocampal neurons, IPSCs, and IPSC derived neurons to screening patient serum for novel autoantigens.

My interests are based around the fields of neuroimmune and neurodegenerative disease, and the application of neuronal based assays to further understand disease, and for the development of therapeutics and personalised medicine.
