Three-minute thesis competition
This year, instead of our usual student poster session, we ran a three-minute thesis competition. This format lent itself particularly well to the online format via Zoom. Students volunteered to take part in a competition which was judged by their peers, resulting in two DPhil students from each year group presenting on the day:
- Ai Phuong Tong
- Arun Joseph
- Cristiana Tisca
- Christoph Wiest
- Sofia Toniolo
- Marleen Schoenfeld
- Lewis Fry
- Imran Yusuf
Lecture
Many thanks to Professor Nancy Kanwisher from MIT, who delivered our guest lecture: 'Functional Imaging of the Human Brain: A Window into the Architecture of the Mind'.
