Light Regulation of Circadian Rhythms: Fact and Fiction and Design Implications
Foster RG.
Russell G Foster, Professor of Circadian Neuroscience and Head of the Nuffield Laboratory of Ophthalmology and the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford, has spent his career researching visual and circadian neurobiology. His main focus is the mechanisms through which light regulates vertebrate circadian rhythms, affecting a range of molecular, cellular, anatomical and behavioural aspects, as well as addressing the implications for human performance, productivity and health.
