A physical activity and psychological wellbeing study

Background of people. Text: Join us and move every day, to move the winter blues away.

Regular physical activity has been linked to positive psychological wellbeing. Healthy volunteers, ageded 18 and over, took part in an online study exploring how being active every day might support wellbeing in the community. They were asked to complete three surveys: one when they signed up to RED January, one in February 2022 and one in July 2022, each taking around ten minutes.

To be eligible, they must have signed up to take part in RED January 2022, and either worked or studied at the University of Oxford. There is no obligation to take part.

No identifiable information arising from the research was disclosed to your college, department or faculty. Participation or non-participation did not affect academic assessment or employment in any way.
