Museum of the History of Science, Oxford

The human brain is the most mysterious of organs. This small exhibition of objects and video showed how scientists have gradually revealed the anatomy, architecture and activity of the brain, drawing on work in Oxford from the 17th century to the present day.

Revealing the Brain was a collaborative exhibition featuring historical and contemporary neuroscience material from the University of Oxford’s Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, alongside objects from the Museum’s collection.
