Claire Isaac

I joined The centre for the prevention of stroke and dementia (Oxvasc) in Nov 2019. I qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2012, during my training I worked in acute general medicine at weekends for 3 years.

Since qualifying I have worked in Oncology, Gynaecology, and Research for Crohns and Colitis where I worked on many different studies prior to joining OXVASC.

As part of the team in OXVASC my role includes, identifying suitable patients who are under one of the GP’s registered with OXVASC. Seeing the patients to gain consent to collect and use their data, completing questionnaires with the patients, seeing patients for follow up appointments and healthy relatives in clinics who would also like to take part in the study.
