Fritz Bayer

MSc Student

I am a master student, currently writing my thesis in the Physics Group at the Oxford Centre for Functional MRI of the Brain (FMRIB).

The focus of my research is to expand the horizon of conventional MRI by means of mathematical modelling.

By creating biophysical models based on a deep understanding of the macromolecular properties in the brain, I aim to improve state-of-the-art acquisitions in quantitative magnetization transfer (qMT).
