Computational Models of Brain Activity
I work with biophysical network models of whole-brain activity. I develop methods to:
- parametrise such models sensibly, using diffusion MRI data to "wire" different brain regions together,
- simulate these models efficiently with finely tuned computer programs,
- fit these complex models reliably to empirical measurements from MEG (and possibly fMRI).
