Postdoctoral Research Assistant
I am a Postdoctoral research assistant at the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi). My work within the institute focuses on the investigation of the underlying mechanisms of 'Sleep Restriction Therapy' in insomnia patients.
My background is in experimental psychology (BSc, MSc). During my previous studies I was investigating sleep dependent memory improvements in healthy participants and sleep in depressed and psychotic adolescents.
