Patrick Pflanz

DPhil student

I’m a DPhil student in the Translational Image Analysis Group, studying for a DPhil in Biomedical Imaging (DTC). My project is supervised by Prof. Gwenaëlle Douaud, and Prof. Mark Jenkinson. The focus of my research is to use diffusion-tensor imaging to investigate early microstructural changes in the neurodegenerative movement disorders, Huntington’s and Parkinson’s disease. I’m funded by the EPSRC.
