BSc, MSc, PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi). My work focuses on understanding the underlying brain mechanisms of insomnia and its treatment. I am currently running two trials: 1) a randomised-controlled trial investigating the effect of digital cognitive behavioural therapy on sleep and cognition related outcomes in insomnia (SCOTIA); and 2) a randomised-controlled cross-over trial assessing the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on sleep in insomnia (funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) Advanced Postdoc Fellowship). Since 2019 I am also part of the World Sleep Society International Sleep Research Training Program (ISRTP).
