Zeena Sanders

Post-doc

I am a Post-doc in the FMRIB plasticity group supervised by Prof. Heidi Johansen-Berg and Dr. Cassandra Sampaio-Baptista. My research interests are primarily focused on how we can use real-time fMRI neurofeedback to alter brain activity and structure, and how this may boost perception, learning and motor recovery following brain damage.

I previously completed a Research Master in Clinical Neuroscience at Maastricht University where my work focused on exploring how the individual finger representations in the somatosensory cortex are altered following pharmacologically deafferentation.
