This dataset contains serum 1H NMR metabolomics profiles generated to support the study “Serum GFAP and NfL Augment a Metabolomics-Driven Strategy for Long-Term Prediction of Multiple Sclerosis Progression.” Serum samples were acquired from individuals with multiple sclerosis and analysed using standardised NMR spectroscopy protocols. The data include processed spectral features and quantified metabolites used for multivariate modelling and longitudinal prediction of disease progression.
