The topic we will be discussing is the structure of the department, how it is led, how decisions are made and how this fits within the context of Oxford Neuroscience and the University generally. This is in direct response to a desire for improved transparency and help everyone to feel engaged in the future of the Department. After a presentation there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. 
Lunch for attendees will be served on a first come, first served basis.
