The University of Oxford takes reports of bullying and harassment seriously and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for staff.

All members of the University community are required to comply with the University’s Harassment policy

Staff employed by the University of Oxford are able to use this tool to report an incident or seek support. You can tell us about an incident anonymously or ask to speak to an Advisor

Our departmental Harassment Advisors are trained to listen and confidentially support those who feel they are being bullied or harassed. Read more about the Harassment Advisor Role.

Harassment Advisors provide a support network to staff and students who encounter bullying and harassment in the workplace. The University recommends that you discuss the situation with a Harassment Advisor before taking any other steps in response to the alleged harassment. Talking through the events and your feelings with the advisor will help you decide on the best way to deal with the behaviour and will clarify the options available to you.

NB If you would prefer to speak to an advisor outside NDCN, email harassment.line@admin.ox.ac.uk or call 01865 270760.
