I support the laboratory’s data systems by managing and updating database, maintaining large datasets, and improving electronic workflows. My work focuses on ensuring accurate, well-organised data handling and supporting the team with reliable information for daily operations.

I manage key reporting tasks, including monthly test volumes, annual data collation, and the maintenance of key performance indicators. This involves preparing backing data for finance, tracking laboratory output, and ensuring consistent and clear documentation.

I also contribute to the development of new systems aimed at improving efficiency, such as digital tools and data-driven metrics designed to inform and support end-users. With experience in Python, R, SQL, and handling clinical spreadsheets, I help streamline processes and enhance the laboratory’s digital infrastructure.

My role combines data management, reporting, and process improvement, supporting the delivery of accurate diagnostics and effective laboratory operations.
