As a Senior HR Advisor at Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences, I assist in all aspects of HR through the full employee life-cycle; from recruitment to exit management. I interact with staff at all levels and provide general HR support, advice and guidance on all aspects of employment including visa applications. I also manage the department's main payroll process.
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Business Studies in 2011 from Sheffield Hallam University and I am a qualified CIPD Associate member. I have worked at previous Higher Education Institutes including the University of Warwick and the University of Northampton, along with 7 years in Dentistry. I joined the University of Oxford in October 2024.
Working Hours
Working days & hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and Wednesday 7:30am - 5pm
In the office: Tuesday & Friday
Remote working: Monday & Wednesday
