Human Resources Officer
As the HR Officer at Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences, I assist in all aspects of HR through the full employee lifecycle; from recruitment to exit management. I interact with staff at all levels and provide general HR support, advice and guidance on all aspects of employment. I also manage the department's main payroll process.
I obtained my Masters in Human Resource Management (accredited by CIPD Level 7) in 2020 and started my career as a HR professional in 2021. I have worked in the NHS since and joined the University of Oxford in January 2024.
