Volunteers needed for physical activity and psychological wellbeing study

Background of people. Text: Join us and move every day, to move the winter blues away.

Regular physical activity has been linked to positive psychological wellbeing. We are looking for healthy volunteers, aged 18 and over, to take part in an online study exploring how being active every day might support wellbeing in the community. You will be asked to complete three surveys: one when you sign up to RED January, one in February 2022 and one in July 2022, each taking around ten minutes.

To be eligible, you must have signed up to take part in RED January 2022, and either work or study at the University of Oxford. There is no obligation to take part.

No identifiable information arising from the research will be disclosed to your college, department or faculty. Participation or non-participation will not affect your academic assessment or employment in any way.
