Alexander Luettich

Postdoctoral Researcher

I am a postdoctoral researcher in Kyle Pattinson’s lab at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences and the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging.

My research covers clinical and cognitive neuroscience using behavioural methods, EEG and fMRI. I am interested in neural markers of behaviour and health, specifically in the context of stroke and large data sets.

For my DPhil with Kia Nobre I studied how different aspects of attention can guide neural processing and perception.

Before I came to Oxford, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Experimental and Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Regensburg.

Besides my research, I am also interested in international cooperation. I previously have been working at the Health Section of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
