DPhil Student and MRC Clinical Research Training Fellow

Lauren is the recipient of the MRC Clinical Research Training Fellowship. She graduated from Cambridge University with degrees in Veterinary Medicine and Neuroscience and is now pursuing an interest in Ophthalmology.

Lauren is currently working towards a DPhil in Clinical Neuroscience under the supervision of Professor Robert MacLaren. Her research focuses on utilising CRISPR techniques for the treatment of inherited retinal degenerations.
