I am Senior Research Fellow in the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi), Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences. Previously, I was Lecturer in Psychology in the School of Psychological Sciences, University of Manchester (2012-2015). I have specific research interests in the etiology and management of sleep disturbance and the interaction between sleep disturbance and mental health. I serve as Associate Editor of the journal, Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
