Victor Mgbachi
Laboratory Manager
I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the diagnostic laboratory, working together with the current staff to provide consistently high quality and reliable results on various diagnostic assays. Additionally, I contribute to the effective running of the laboratory by managing the stocks – placing orders, receiving deliveries and ensuring appropriate storage conditions.
Accurate, up-to-date documentation is a key feature of my role as I aim to maintain the high standard of the laboratory in safety, document control and accreditation. I also assist with the wider NDCN group by contributing to wider project planning and discussions, and sharing research findings.
