Tiziana Luciano is a Registered Nutritionist with a background in Food Science and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. She is also a member of the NDCN Facilities team!  

This talk will explore how our circadian rhythm works and the connection with our diet. It will include nutritional approaches and lifestyle tips to support wellbeing. Tiziana will also share some easy, mood-boosting recipes that align with the season and circadian-friendly eating (eg energising breakfasts and comforting but balanced dinners).
