Russell Foster receives Nikken International Science Award

On 26 June at Brasenose College, Russell Foster was presented with the 2015 Nikken International Science Award for his expertise in the neuroscience of sleep.

Professor Foster has provided the consultants at Nikken (which sells sleep products such as mattresses and piillows) with a wealth of information and knowledge about healthy sleep.His research and work in the area of sleep dovetails perfectly into the Nikken philosophy.

As a result, Nikken was proud to present him with the award for outstanding contributions to science and for bridging the gap between academia and the business world.
