Our research focuses on the relationship between sleep issues and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

We are looking for adults with PTSD, or suspected PTSD, to get involved with informing a research study aiming to understand how changes in PTSD symptom severity can impact sleep, and vice versa, on a day-to-day basis.

We hope this study will lead to a greater understanding of sleep issues in PTSD and may lead to insights relevant to future treatment options.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for collaborators:

  • Aged 18 years or older
  • Diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (‘PTSD’), or suspected PTSD
  • No particular qualification or experience needed - just your own ideas and experiences to help shape our research.

What will you be required to do?

  • Share your perspectives and experiences
  • Input your ideas into shaping a research study exploring sleep disturbances in PTSD
  • Attend 3-4 online meetings in 2026, around 2 hours per meeting
  • Read and provide feedback on study documents
