Research Assistant in Motor Neuron Disease

I am a Research Assistant for The EXPErimental medicine Route To Success in ALS (EXPERTS-ALS) phase II trial led by Professor Martin Turner.
This study is screening the ability of repurposed drugs to lower the levels of the surrogate biomarker neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels in serum from ALS patients to prioritise drugs for phase III trials.
