Francesca Ferguson

I am the Research Database Coordinator for the UK Myasthenia Database (UKMyDB). I manage the database on REDCap, supporting national data collection and user access, and ongoing database development. My work ensures the consistency and high quality of research data used to advance understanding of myasthenia gravis across the UK.

I oversee all UKMyDB data entry within the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. I facilitate the participant consenting process and oversee the collection and management of patient data, contributing to ongoing myasthenia gravis research.

As a member of the Myasthenia Gravis Research Group, I contribute to the dissemination of research findings from the UK Myasthenia Database, including presenting our work at national scientific conferences. I also provide administrative and coordination support for the group, including organising meetings, managing communications, and assisting with project logistics.
