Leusa Lloyd

Communications Assistant

Mondays & Tuesdays I work for the Department of Psychiatry. Wednesdays-Fridays I work for NDCN.

For this reason, I may be slower replying to NDCN queries on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Please bear this in mind when making requests and in your correspondence with me.

After joining in July 2024, I work jointly across the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neuroscience and the Department of Psychiatry, supporting internal and external communications. This includes putting together newsletters, running social media and maintaining departmental websites.

Prior to this I worked as a Producer/Director in TV making programmes for BBC One, S4C and Channel 5. I also hold an MA in Investigative Journalism and a BA in History.

Things I may be able to help with...

  • Making a profile on the NDCN website
  • Large structural changes to webpages
  • Tutorials on how to update webpages
  • Digital accessibility advice
  • Sharing your latest news on our platforms (website and social media)
  • Promoting events in our departmental newsletter
  • Advice on creating posters, reports and other promotional materials
  • Advice on creating and editing videos
  • How to get your event on Oxford Talks

Timescales and resources can be found on the Communications & Events pages.
