Project Manager
My role as Project Manager in the Centre for Prevention of Stroke and Dementia (CPSD) involves responsibility for applications and liaison with all ethical and regulatory bodies (including those holding central health data) in relation to clinical research.
I also take a lead for Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) for CPSD. This involves coordinating our PPI advisory groups who help us with their valuable insights into stroke and dementia research.
My background is in neurosurgical nursing and I have over 20 years’ experience of working in academic clinical trials based in neurosciences (hospital settings and for the University of Oxford).
