I am a Research Assistant in Sleep Medicine based in the Experimental and Clinical Sleep Medicine Group. I will be working across a range of studies exploring insomnia, the interaction of sleep with physical and mental health, and investigating the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia ('CBT-I') for these conditions. I received my BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Durham University, and my MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London.
