Xinyu Ye

DPhil Student

I am a DPhil student working under the supervision of Drs. Wenchuan Wu Karla Miller at FMRIB Physics Group starting from 2022 fall. My research focuses on accelerating high-resolution diffusion MRI acquisition for in vivo human brain including developing novel acquistion and reconstruction techniques.

I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees from Tsinghua University. During my Master studies, I worked with Professor Hua Guo on developing reconstruction and post-processing methods to improve DWI image quality.

I am a member of St Edmund Hall at Oxford. My DPhil study is jointly funded by the Clarendon Fund and Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences Studentship.
