Six researchers from the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neuroscience have made it onto the 2024 list.

The Clarivate Highly Cited list identifies and celebrates researchers who have demonstrated a "significant and broad influence" in science or medicine-related disciplines.

The researchers selected have authored multiple highly cited papers which rank in the top one per cent in their fields over the past ten years according to the Web of Science. The list is then refined by Clarivate using qualitative analysis and expert judgement for evidence of community-wide recognition.

There were 61 researchers from the University of Oxford who were on the list, six of which were from NDCN. They are:

In the Department of Psychiatry, those listed were: Andrea Cipriani, Seena Fazel, John Geddes, Paul Harrison, Willem Kuyken, Rob McCutcheon and Philip McGuire.

In Experimental Psychology Daniel Freeman made the list and in the Department of Physiology Anatomy and Genetics, Molly Stevens was recognised.
