Molly graduated with a 1st Class Master's degree from the University of Sheffield in 2021 where she was part of the Bose Lab, studying the function of non coding RNAs. 

She then joined the Retinal Disease and Repair lab, led by Dr Xue, as a research assistant. Here her work currently focuses on the use of antisense oligonucleotides to target relevant genes in inherited retinal dystrophies.
