Mission and Aims

The goal of the Clinical Neurosciences Society (CNS) is to bring people together and help build a sense of community at NDCN. The CNS promotes educational, developmental, and social events for everyone in NDCN.

CNS membership includes people from all six NDCN divisions and all groups in NDCN (professional services staff, research and academic staff, students, medical support staff). The CNS Committee forms part of the People & Culture Committee.

The CNS Committee will meet every two months.

Terms of Reference

  • To support an active and inclusive social programme of activities
  • To support educational and developmental events to further the needs of all members of the Department (e.g. charity and fundraising events)
  • To organise fun events and get-togethers (e.g. newcomers' coffee/lunch, post-doc retreats, etc.)
