Postdoctoral clinical academic nurse researcher

Jody earned her PhD in November 2023 and was Oxford’s first Trust-employed nurse awarded an HEE/NIHR Clinical Doctoral Research Fellowship.

Jody is a chartered Human Factors and Ergonomics specialist, recognised for her work in digital innovations and service evaluations, including her PhD research combining Applied Cognitive Task Analysis and Functional Resonance Analysis Method to enhance patient care. Her expertise extends to process evaluations and leading projects including the design of a new Intensive Care Unit, which was shortlisted for Project of the Year 2023.
