Clinic Locations and Directions

The location of your appointments varies and may be in the hospital or at home.  We phone or write to offer you an appointment and explain the location, which will be stated on any appointment letter we will send to you.

Your first Appointment:

Your first appointment will be in:

Lionel Cosin Daily Diagnostic Unit (4C/4D), level 4, John Radcliffe Hospital main building.

Directions:

Enter the JR through the Level 2 Main Entrance, and carry along the corridor to the lift lobby in the main hospital (large green block on map). Taking the lift from there, the unit is signed Lionel Cosin Day Unit, Daily Diagnostic Unit, 4C/4D.

Follow UP appointments:

Most follow up appointments are held in :

Wolfson Centre for Prevention of Stroke and Dementia (CPSD), John Radcliffe Hospital.
