Consultant Neurologist
Damian is the Army's Consultant Neurologist and a Fellow in Medicine at St Hugh's College.
His works explores the roles played by water channels (aquaporins) in traumatic brain injury (TBI), especially in the development of oedema and in the supply of energy to neurons. This crosses over into his clinical work, where he cares for TBI patients.
