I am a DPhil student working with Drs. Wenchuan Wu & Karla Miller on novel acquisition and reconstruction methods for high-resolution diffusion MRI for in vivo human brain at FMRIB Physics Group. I am also interested in developing machine learning methods for the image processing (e.g., denoising) and analysis (e.g., constrast transfer, uncertainty quantification) of MRI.
Prior to joining FMRIB, I obtained my Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Management degrees from Tsinghua University in 2021. During my undergraduate study, I also worked as a research intern at Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School from 2020 to 2021 (remotely due to the pandemic), with Drs. Qiyuan Tian & Susie Huang on deep learning methods for MRI analysis.
