meeting your team

Next, you will be welcomed by your new line manager and/or team; we have created a checklist to ensure you get all the information you need.

inductions

NDCN New Starter Inductions are dependent on locations, activities and duration of stay. The facilities team ensure staff, students and academic visitors are directed to the appropriate building administrators who will carry out a fire safety induction, orientation and will provide swipe card access within the first week of joining. All buildings have their own local inductions; with tailored onboarding processes which reflect the nature of the work undertaken while meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
