Filming on hospital sites
Please contact communications@ndcn.ox.ac.uk regarding any filming taking place.
A member of the NDCN or OUH comms team will need to accompany any filming on University or hospital sites so please give us as much notice as possible.
If you are involved in filming or photography on any of the hospital sites, you need to let the OUH media team know at least two days in advance (mediaoffice@ouh.nhs.uk).
If your filming/photo involves patients, please call the media office on 01865 231471, and they will advise on necessary consent and other permissions.
See the Filming Q&A on the University website for full guidance.
Filming equipment
The NDCN and Psychiatry comms teams have a mobile phone video rig, light, tripod and microphones which can be loaned to staff for use on site.
These need to be booked in advance, please contact communications@ndcn.ox.ac.uk.
