Weekly bulletin

All NDCN staff and students receive the weekly 'This week in NDCN' bulletin every Monday morning.

The newsletter includes essential departmental notices for the week ahead including: system updates, policy and governance notices, events, training and career opportunities.

Please note that the deadline for submitting content to the newsletter is midday on Thursdays for inclusion the following Monday.

Please send items for sharing in the bulletin to communications@ndcn.ox.ac.uk.  

monthly newsletter

We also send a monthly department newsletter which focuses on science news, department activities and celebrations of NDCN staff and students.

We welcome suggestions of articles and please send notice of your publications, media appearances and achievements - in and out of the lab!

Information Screens

​There are information screens in WIN@​FMRIB, the WIN Annexe, CPSD Wolfson Building Reception, and Level 6 at the JR. 

These are suitable for sharing upcoming events, training opportunities, departmental notices and useful resources.

HOW TO ESCALATE QUERIES

The team endeavours to respond to email queries as quickly as it can. If you haven't received a response to an email, please escalate your query according to the timescales below:

Non-urgent: If no response is received after 2 weeks, please re-send to the team generic email address and cc to team manager.

Urgent: If no response is received after 1 week, please re-send to the team generic email address and cc to team manager.
