Weekly Newsletter

All NDCN staff and students receive a weekly newsletter every Monday morning.

The newsletter includes science news, celebrations of staff achievements, events, training and career opportunities, and essential departmental notices.

*NEW for 2025* -  the newsletter also includes four rotating sections to spotlight the areas of:

Impact & Engagement (1st Monday of the month)
Policy & Governance (2nd Monday of the month)
Wellbeing (3rd Monday of the month)
Professional Development (4th Monday of the month)

Please send items for sharing in the newsletter to communications@ndcn.ox.ac.uk. If the item is time sensitive, we will share asap, otherwise it may be rolled into the next most appropriate themed edition. 

Please note that the deadline for submitting content to the newsletter is midday on Thursdays for inclusion the following Monday.

Information Screens

​There are information screens in WIN@​FMRIB, the WIN Annexe, CPSD Wolfson Building Reception, and Level 6 at the JR. 

These are suitable for sharing upcoming events, training opportunities, departmental notices and useful resources.

HOW TO ESCALATE QUERIES

The team endeavours to respond to email queries as quickly as it can. If you haven't received a response to an email, please escalate your query according to the timescales below:

Non-urgent: If no response is received after 2 weeks, please re-send to the team generic email address and cc to team manager.

Urgent: If no response is received after 1 week, please re-send to the team generic email address and cc to team manager.
